Lower line: 1 serve - 4mL (0.25 fl oz)
Upper line: 2 serves - 8mL (0.5 fl oz)
During the initial introduction of Holy Carp in your venue, we recommend filling 1 serve (lower line) until your team & customers are more familiar with the product.
Press firmly around the rim to seal.
Holy Carp won’t get soggy or soak through, but the soy sauce will evaporate and lose freshness over time.
If pre-filling, we suggest filling ahead of service on the same day.
Stack Holy Carp in an offset (brick) pattern in a container.
Do not stack more than 2-3 layers high.
Bamboo steamer baskets are a convenient, low cost and plastic-free way to keep Holy Carp organised. A 20cm diameter basket can fit 12 Holy Carp per basket.
